Autumn is one of my favorite seasons. The leaves change, the air gets cooler and crisper, and—of course—there’s pumpkin everything. Whether you’re hosting Thanksgiving or just looking for some new ideas to add more fall flavor to your life, try some of these gut-friendly recipes that are easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

Eating for your gut this fall doesn’t have to be difficult!

With the right foods, you can give your gut a nice little boost this fall. Maybe it’s time to think about adding these recipes into your weekly meal plan and taking care of yourself from the inside out!

If you are like me and are busy, a smoothie is a quick and healthy idea.  My favorite fall smoothie includes oatmeal, cinnamon and nutmeg to name a few ingredients that help the gut out.  Protein powders were the hardest to add for me until I found a great vegan option!  Complete Vegan protein powder was recommended to me by my OBGYN and my Functional Medical Doctor.  I finally listened and my gut health has thanked me everyday for making the switch.
