Water

Who has or isn’t on the water struggle bus?

No need to worry because there are tips and tricks to getting off that bus!

Chances are that you already know that water is good for you. In fact, water is often referred to as the elixir of life and this is for a good reason. Every system of the body needs water in order to survive.  We are made up of 60% of water! WOW!

Water helps to regulate body temperature, keeps the joints lubricated, prevents infections, and carries nutrients to the cells of the body. In addition, the liver and kidneys work to get rid of toxins in the body and these organs rely on water to complete their job. Drinking plenty of water lowers blood pressure and moisture the skin.

Essentially, drinking plenty of water can help delay the process of aging as it will ward off the appearance of fine lines as well as wrinkles. Drinking water will also help get rid of any toxins that are picked up through the skin. This can help make the appearance of the skin much clearer.

If you drink enough water your overall health is going to improve. When your body is not getting enough water toxins will saturate the blood and blood flow will slow down. This saturated blood has many toxins that are stored in the cells instead of being excreted from your body.

So bottom line is…drink water your water guys!
