What is Health Coaching?
When you hear the term coach, what comes to mind? Maybe someone who plans, coordinates, and motivates a team or individual, to reach the pinnacle of their goals. Someone who trains you to reach the highest level of competition or even to overcome the greatest challenges.
Think about that image for a second. Often we confuse the term coach for the term Cheerleader. But when it comes to health do you want a cheerleader? Really, you want a coach! Someone who doesn’t just tell you that you CAN do it, but shows you HOW to do it. Everyone’s health is not the same. We are unique in every way!
As a health coach I will help you achieve your best health by planning, guiding and inspiring you to overcome any challenges! I will be the health coach that gives you the hand you need for support, direction, inspiration and a little push when it is needed.
